Reading
Many people who have language-based learning disorders have dyslexia, dysgraphia, reading comprehension and written language difficulties. Whether you are a child learning to read, a teenager having difficulty with reading comprehension, or an adult wanting to improve reading skills for career advancement, we have solutions for you. We offer multi-sensory reading services for people of all ages based on the Orton-Gillingham Multi Sensory approach.

Dyslexia

Dyslexia, a language based learning difference, impacts 1 in 5 people. We understand dyslexia and provide treatment with phonological awareness, decoding, reading comprehension, and more while celebrating the unique gifts of neurodiversity.

Phonological Awareness

Many people with reading and spelling difficulties have deficits in phonological awareness. Research shows that a strong phonological awareness and reading abilities are correlated. Phonological awareness treatment involves word awareness, rhyme and alliteration, segmenting words, blending words, etc.

Dysgraphia

Dysgraphia can make it difficult to spell and translate your ideas into written language. We provide treatment in language organization and processing to help people with dysgraphia.

Written Language

Our written language therapy encourages the relationship between spoken and written language. We can help you improve your organization, grammar, revising, and editing in written language.
