Speech Language Pathologist
I am highly trained in speech articulation, stuttering, social skills, language development, accent modification, neurogenic disorders, communication rehabilitation, and literacy. I meet my clients with empathy and expertise to help people of all ages achieve communication goals and improve their quality of life.
I provide services to the west coast states (Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Utah, California, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, and Guam).
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, photography, rockhounding, fostering kittens and playing the guitar.
Dayra (Die-ra) graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills completing her Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy in 2004. She is registered with the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy and holds several state licenses to include California, Utah, and Maryland. She has worked in pediatrics since graduating. Her experience include outpatient pediatric, school-based, early intervention programs, and NICU. She currently treats from birth to 18, with a primary focus on helping children and families be as independent as possible. She has experience working with a multitude of diagnoses and dysfunctions. She has a passion for helping kids and families be able to participate in everyday activities especially in sensory processing, fine motor abilities, and visual perceptual skills. She has completed multiple continuing education courses in sensory processing, Handwriting Without Tears, social/behavior techniques, and feeding concerns. Outside of her work, Dayra enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, playing piano, and advocating for military families. Along with her husband, they have served military communities since 2004 as they are an active duty family who have been stationed in California, Germany, Maryland, and Utah.

Hi, I’m Megan, a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant from sunny Arizona. I enjoy dancing, playing the piano, playing card games, creating pretty spaces in my home, and being an SLPA! I am passionate about empowering and educating clients, working with diverse backgrounds, and seeing the lasting impact I can make on someone’s life.

I am a speech-language pathologist assistant. I recently graduated from
Brigham Young University with a degree in communication disorders.
I love helping clients discover their confidence as they overcome their
speech and language disorders. With the right team in place, I’ve seen

In the beautiful state of Oregon, I have enjoyed 20 years of working in Special Education- with both verbal and non-verbal children and adults. I have had the pleasure of working together with families on speech and language strategies including: AAC technology, picture exchange, picture schedules, visuals, and social stories to promote communication and daily life skills. My heart’s desire is in the value of empowering people towards independence through communication.
Outside of therapy, you can catch me chasing around my grandchildren and working in the yard. I also enjoy photography, paddle boarding and traveling to new places with my husband.
I am a licensed speech language pathologist in Florida, California, New Mexico, Georgia, Texas, Colorado, Maryland, Delaware, and Oregon. I love working with children of all ages to help develop speech and language skills. I have extensive expertise in the area of autism, using augmentative and alternative Communication (AAC) means to communicate, apraxia therapy using PROMPT, and behavior analysis. I am passionate about learning and continue to expand my training each year.
Outside of work, I love traveling, exploring new places, learning new therapy techniques, and all things Disney! I am excited to partner with you to meet your communication needs.
